TTC BITUSEAL self-adhesive membranes are produced with special multi-layer design with a glassfibre or polyester reinforcement which is impregnated and coated on both sides with a uniquely formulated, elastomeric, bitumen compound, which provides high adhesive properties.
The membranes are covered on their top surface with a translucent polyethylene foil and on the underside with a siliconised release paper. This combination provides instant adhesion with high tear and puncture resistance and improved tensile strength. A top surfacing of polypropylene film is also available.

USES:
TTC BITUSEAL is the ideal membrane for damp proofing foundations, bridges, viaducts and tunnels. It is recommended for use under composition shingles and roof tiles, as a protective shield against water. Strips of various widths are used extensively in road design and construction.
ADVANTAGE:
+ Simple construction, excellent adhesion to the material surface.
+ Excellent water and steam resistance.
APPLICATION:
The surface to receive TTC BITUSEAL should be smooth and dry and free from dust and dirt. The surface should be primed thoroughly with TTC Primer (with normally 4-6m² / lit)
Locate the TTC BITUSEAL sheet at the construction site and cut to the desired size. Place the milled film on the waterproofing preparation area. Remove the PE silicone film and paste so that the area of the overlap is at least 50mm, then squeeze from the middle to the two edges so that there is no air in the interior. Apply mortar on the membrane waterproofing immediately after the construction to protect.
STYLE: 1m x 20m/roll

STORAGE: TTC BITUSEAL is non-toxic, store in a dry and shaded place. Should not be horizontal, avoid punctured piercings.
